No Fear (No Shame Series Book 3)
Aaron is lost.
He’s lost his parents’ approval.
He’s lost his job.
He’s lost his sense of identity.
At least he’s out as gay, but all that has brought him is more confusion. He feels like a freak who doesn’t fit in anywhere. Even his own brother doesn’t want anything to do with him.
Sexy jiu jitsu teacher Blake makes Aaron feel things he’s never felt before. Things in his body. Things in his heart. Things he didn’t even know he craved, like being cared for, having decisions made for him.
Like being a puppy.
But Blake doesn’t want a relationship, so how can he want Aaron?
No Fear is a steamy gay romance with mild puppy play elements. It’s the third book in the No Shame Series that needs to be read in order. Please note the trigger warnings in the front of the book.

Feed Your Mind, Soothe Your Soul
This series has fed my mind, hurt my heart, soothed my soul and burned up my Kindle! A+ on the cover because the model used for Blake is one of my favs! That aside, we get to know the jujitsu professor quite a bit more in this book. We also get some more insight to Aaron, Josh's brother, as he finds himself learning to be a gay man out for the first time. Blake takes Aaron in and starts training him. Their attraction simmers and grows to boiling throughout the story (and if you crave a little EXTRA with how their relationship develops, you definitely want to download the tasty bonus chapter). Aaron's dependency and need for a caregiver speak to Blake's naturally caring persona. And once they figure it out, it goes places! As has been the norm with this series, we get a HFN (Happy For Now) ending and are promised more in Book 4. Thankfully the wait for that is only a month after this drops. This book, and the others in the series, are NOT STAND ALONES. In order to get the entire story for each couple, you will need to read the first two. And their stories will continue into book 4. We also get some phenomenal story telling by Nora as we get deeper into the story of Indy, his past, and what he will need to sacrifice for his future. Noah has his own issues to deal with while Josh and Connor skirt the edges of legal to keep their foursome-ish family safe and healthy. I was very happy with the way Nora finished this book and part of Indy's story. If she had left us hanging at this point in the series, I think I would have freaked out a bit. This series, and in particular, this book, has made me recall that I love reading some high drama, action, suspense, police/fbi romances. Excited to see where that takes me too. There is a hint of more characters and stories to come. Super hyped about that, by the way.
Loved It
Aaron (Josh's brother) is arrogant, self entitled & spoiled & also pretty clueless. He was used to having everything & now has nothing. He's staying with Indy's Brazilian jiu - jitsu Professor Blake Kent. Aaron needs to get his life together and find some direction for his life & Blake offers to help. I enjoyed watching Aaron begin to find himself with the help of Blake. I loved watching their relationship develop. They are so perfect for each other. Both giving the other what they need. So sweet, loving and sexy. Aaron still struggles with some issues but is trying to overcome them. It was great to see the relationships with Indy, Noah, Josh & Connor again. Indy still dealing with the threat of his past & keeping the others safe. Each of them making sacrifices for the safety of the others. I really felt the love & the connection between all of these men. The unique relationship between them all works perfectly for them. I was kept fully engage throughout the whole story, always wanting to know what happens next. I got more engrossed and drawn in as the story progressed & I just couldn't stop. I'm glad I started this on a Friday because I didn't stop till I'd finished at 3am!! (Yay for Saturday sleep ins..) It very well written with great story progression & characters you really care about. It has a great finish but I also really look forward to reading book 4 to see how the loose ends are tied up and follow on with the story of some of the secondary characters. I highly recommend this book & the series.
No Fear
No Fear, is book 3 in the No Shame series. I don't know how the author does it, but I thought book 2, No Limits, was her best. But then I read No Fear, and wow!! I'm floored with awe! It's written so beautifully, I love the characters and their depth. And their connection to each other. However, I would loved to see more interaction between Aaron and Josh at the end...maybe it was the author's intention to write it that way... I guess, or hope, I'll get my wish in the next book! “-You have to wonder,” Blake said kindly, “-if love that has strings attached, that requires you to be a certain way, is truly love.” We met Aaron in the previous book, and it was difficult to like his character. So lazy, arrogant and spoiled. I had trouble reading the beginning of No Fear, but it was all thanks to the mysterious Blake that keept me reading. And together with Blake, we discovered the truth behind Aaron! And I feel in love!! The relationship between Aaron and Blake is one of the sweetest I have ever "seen"! "-...Forget about the labels, honey. Wear what you love and what you feel beautiful in." No Fear is about,(as all of the previous books in this series) understanding, accepting and love! And best of all, we get to know what happens to Josh, Connor, Indy and Noah! Indy decides that he is tiered from running from his past, but this will come at an price.. is Indy willing to pay that price? Connor and Josh makes their own plans to help...will it work?
Love it
These books are so amazing and I'm so invested in all of the men in this series. In this one about Aaron we finally get to see things from his perspective and it's heart breaking. When his and Josh's parents found out that Josh was gay Aaron was far to young and afraid to stand by his brother. Then Aaron had the pressure to be the perfect son, constantly afraid that his secret would come out and when it finally did he got kicked out and has no one. What he finds with Blake is the gift of being himself and to not be ashamed of who he is or what he wants. To get other people to understand his and Blakes dynamic is a bit harder. This book has so much more than Aaron and Blakes way to a relationship. Indys past is catching up to him and affects him, Noah, Josh and Connor. I love that these four men are now secure in their relationships and don't care what others think about the 4 of them sharing a house and more. I really felt for Noah in the end of this book because he doesn't know everything and all of the sudden he's alone without Indy, Josh and Conner. At least he has Charlie ( victim of domestic abuse) and Blakes brother Brad ( who needs somewhere to stay) with him. Can't wait to find more about Charlie, Brad and the FIB agent Miles.
The big climax of the series
I was left on the edge of my seat in the last half of this. There was a new couple in this one, and naturally the sexual relationship that we know from No Filter (No Shame, #1) and No Limits (No Shame, #2), but the focus was more on tying loose ends in the plot. Since you become super invested in the characters throughout three books, it was nice to hear about all of them and not just the new couple. Aaron's progress is interesting, and his relationship with Blake seems good, but it isn't the transgressive relationship I think it was supposed to be, because all relationships in the series sorta push the borders of a vanilla, monogamous relationship. While there are still some minor loose ends for the final book in the series, the big conflict has its climax in this book.
My new favorite!
First things first, this book is not a stand alone. You will have needed to read book 1 and 2. You should read them. They are great stories. The characters from book 1 and 2 play pivotal roles in book 3 and I don't want to give too much away but it's a very satisfying part of the story. Nora did the impossible. She made me love Aaron. He was a loathsome character in book 2 but in book 3 he transforms into who he was meant to be. He had some help. Blake was just the person for Aaron. As always, there were some epically hot scenes. Nora never disappoints. I read this book so fast! I only wish book 4 was out now because I REALLY want to read that book. You'll get why when you get to the end of book 3. Nora is definitely a 1-click author for me. Read this book!
No Fear is a continuing story in the No Shame Series
This is Blake and Aaron's book (with no spoilers). Aaron was introduced in a previous book and is Josh's brother. He's not a like-able character in the beginning. Blake sees something that other people don't and offers Aaron a way to redeem himself. Even though this book explores Blake and Aaron's relationship we see more of Josh & Connor and Noah & Indy. These characters are evolving and although each couple is separate they are all intertwined and codependent on each other. The series needs to be read from the beginning for a better understanding of the story. Very pleased at where this story and these men are going.
I love how Blake takes in Aaron and helps Aaron find ...
This whole book was intriguing and kept me on the edge of my seat. I love how Blake takes in Aaron and helps Aaron find his true self and accepts him as he is. It is beautiful transformation in Aaron. Blake is patient and caring. The secondary story of the characters from the first two books was awesome. It was great to see the progression of their relationships and how it was all resolved. I highly recommend this book and whole series. Book four is due out soon and will surely be as well written and loved as the first three. Be sure to pick this up!
Phenomenal
amazing! I got sucked into the No Shame Seeies and with each book I get more and more invested in the characters, new and the original... and their story. exciting, funny, sweet and dont forget sexy. I love all the men in this story... they are all broken but beautiful. strong and protective of those they love. I definitely recommend.

about a 3rd of the way into the book I wanted to cry and scream no because of the decisions the mcs where making. the more the more I understood why they were making the choices they were. my heart about beat out of my chest as I worried the safety of the mcs. if you like books w a lot of feelings action and heart wrenching decisions then this book is for you. note this is not a standalone book and the other 2 books need to be read before this one
